  HCG was formed in 1997 to provide services simultaneously in construction disputes and claims; construction defects;\u00a0contractor<\/a>\/construction manager standard of care; design professional liability; construction insurance; surety claims; cost audits and accounting; government contract disputes; along with construction advisory and management services.<\/p>\n

  Prior to forming HCG, Mr. Holloway was a partner and vice president in the Denver office of Navigant Consulting, a multi-practice area international consulting firm.
