Before Mr. Cuerdon’s consulting experience, he worked as a project manager and contract administrator for a national electrical/mechanical specialty contractor, a Manager of Planning and scheduling for a major EPC firm, and a Test Engineer for an Experimental Mechanics Consulting firm. Mr. Cuerdon has experience in CPM Scheduling, Estimating, Project Management, Contract Administration, Project Controls, Proposal Preparation, Claims Development and Presentation. His project experience includes all forms of electrical power plants, refineries, hotels, schools, National Defense Projects, Federal Courthouse projects, Sports Stadiums, condominiums, commercial facilities, landscape architecture projects, airports, dams, heavy civil works, and custom homes.
